Cleaning services
Our cleaning services are designed to keep your home completely clean and organized. Our professional team will take care of every little detail, from cleaning surfaces and floors to tidying public areas and living rooms.
Cleanliness visit (booking)
We offer four levels of cleaning services that meet different cleaning needs, including cleaning categories (basic – general – deep – specialized). Each category is designed to meet the specific cleaning level of the cleaning requirements.
Cleaning Plan (Contract)
A cleaning plan is a comprehensive system that employs a variety of cleaning categories, but each has a specific cleaning level, to ensure the place is kept clean throughout the year, using scheduled visits at regular intervals.

Cleanliness visit (booking)
Each location has characteristics that require individual attention when maintaining cleanliness. The size of the space, its function, and frequency of use all play a role in determining the level of cleanliness required and the client’s scope. The type of surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and objects varies greatly from location to location. In addition, external weather conditions can affect the cleaning needs of a particular space.
Basic Cleaning
Ensure daily cleanliness in high-traffic and shared areas. Ideal for both residential and commercial maintenance.
General Cleaning
More comprehensive than Basic—it is ideal for scheduled refreshes, guest preparation, or regular detailed care.
Deep Cleaning
Comprehensive sanitation and restorative cleaning. Ideal for move-ins, post-renovation, or quarterly deep service.
Specialized Cleaning
Divide specific cleaning tasks according to partial needs, type of service, type of building, specific technique, or a particular "fit"

A cleaning plan is an essential aspect of maintaining effective cleaning practices. It is an important factor in identifying areas that require attention and determining how often they should be addressed. By having a pre-defined plan, we can reduce the likelihood of missing areas that need cleaning and prevent unnecessary duplication of cleaning tasks. In addition, it allows us to track recurring cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning of carpets and mattresses.

We create a customized cleaning plan for each client, covering every space, fixture, and piece of furniture. We collect data to develop an optimal plan for each surface and extension, and determine the appropriate time to spend in each area.
