Scope of Work
Finishes & Surfaces:
- Floors: Thorough vacuuming and mopping of all floors, including corners and edges.
- Walls & Vertical Surfaces: Wiping down walls, baseboards, door frames, and partitions.
- Ceilings & Vents: Dusting ceilings, fans, and accessible air vents to remove cobwebs and dust.
- General Dusting: Expanded dusting across all vertical and horizontal surfaces, including decorative items.
Fixtures & High-Touch Points:
- Bathrooms: Complete cleaning and scrubbing of sinks, toilets, and tubs, including light grout scrubbing.
- Kitchens: Cleaning countertops, sinks, backsplashes, and external cabinet fronts.
- Glass & Mirrors: Polishing all mirrors and glass surfaces for a streak-free shine.
- Sanitization: Disinfecting all high-touch points, including handles, switches, and faucets.
Furniture & Appliances:
- Upholstery: Vacuuming all upholstered furniture, with spot-cleaning as needed.
- Surfaces: Wiping down all furniture, including tables, desks, chair legs, and drawer fronts.
- Appliances: Cleaning the interior and exterior of the microwave and wiping down the exterior of the refrigerator.
- Décor: Dusting and polishing lamps, décor items, and light fixtures.
General Tidying & Consumables:
- Bedrooms: Making beds and replacing used linens (if requested).
- Organizing: Light organizing of open shelves, bedside tables, and vanity tops.
- Trash & Restocking: Emptying all trash bins and restocking essentials like toilet paper and tissues.
