Scope of Work
Finishes & Surfaces:
- Floors: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all accessible floor surfaces.
- Walls & Ceilings: Spot-cleaning to remove visible marks, smudges, and cobwebs.
- General Dusting: Light dusting of all horizontal surfaces, including TVs and monitors, using microfiber cloths.
Fixtures & High-Touch Points:
- Sanitization: Disinfecting high-touch points such as light switches, door handles, and faucets with approved cleaners.
- Restrooms & Kitchens: Wiping and spot-cleaning sinks, toilet seats, mirrors, and other visible fixtures.
- Lighting: Light dusting of all reachable light fixtures.
Furniture & General Tidying:
- Upholstery: Surface vacuuming of sofas, chairs, and other upholstered furniture.
- Surfaces: Wiping down tables, desks, and armrests.
