To achieve the highest standard of cleanliness, ensuring both visual appeal and hygienic safety in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Comprehensive Cleaning is ideal for post-construction, pre- and post-tenancy, seasonal deep sanitation, and high-standard facilities.
Scope of Work
Finishes: Floors, Walls & Ceilings
- Floors: Full-spectrum floor treatment including machine scrubbing, buffing, polishing, and steam disinfection.
- Carpets: Deep carpet restoration via shampooing and dry steam cleaning.
- Walls & Ceilings: High-detail wall washing, full stain removal, and steam cleaning of ceilings.
- Disinfection: Maximum-strength disinfection of all high-touch surfaces.
Fixtures: Kitchen, Bathroom & Glass
- Kitchen: Exhaust hood degreasing, filter disassembly and cleaning, and deep cleaning of all fixtures.
- Bathroom: Advanced grout descaling, soap scum and stain elimination, and full restoration and staging of fixtures.
- Glass & Metalwork: Impeccable interior and exterior window cleaning, plus high-detail polishing of all mirrors, railings, and metal fittings.
- Vents & Filters: Washing, disinfecting, and reassembling all removable filters and vent covers.
Furniture, Upholstery & Organization:
- Upholstery & Drapery: Complete upholstery restoration (shampooing, brushing, or steaming) for sofas, chairs, and mattresses. Curtains and blinds are washed or steam cleaned.
- Furniture Care: Detailed polishing of all wood, metal, and glass furniture.
- Organization: Full interior organization of all drawers, closets, and cabinets (if emptied).
Final Staging: Full linen and towel reset, restocking of supplies, and an optional scenting/deodorizing treatment to perfect the ambiance
